Large Groups

In addition to a 1x1 headshot session, we also offer discounted rates for group headshots. Perhaps you are planning a corporate retreat or sales kickoff and would like everyone to get a professional and consistent headshot. We are located in close proximity to the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and can easily accommodate photography sessions on location at the Hyatt. For high-volume headshots, Loop 1 Photography uses a workflow with the camera tethered to a workstation. Each subject receives roughly 3-5 images and when finished they will move to the assistant workstation where they will review the images and make their selection as their preferred look. While they are choosing, the photographer will be shooting the next person in the queue. In this way we can support groups of 100-125 individuals in roughly a half a day.
